Meet the team that serves Central Fairfax Area Schools: Robinson, West Springfield and Lake Braddock
Chelsea Hugel
Chelsea Hugel is our Area Director for Central Fairfax. Chelsea attended undergrad at Biola University and received her Master’s in psychology from Pepperdine.
Chelsea has been a known and trusted volunteer for years in the Central Fairfax community. We are thrilled that God has called Chelsea into an even greater leadership role as Area Director and look forward to seeing the Lord’s plans unfold for her as she continues to serve kids and families throughout Central Fairfax.
Sarah Baxter is the Associate Area Director in Central Fairfax. She has been on Young Life staff for three years but has been involved in Young Life since she was invited to club as a freshmen in high school. Growing up in Columbus, Ohio and graduating from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's in social work, Sarah has been a part of the Fairfax community for three years. Sarah is the team leader for Young Life at West Springfield and also oversees Young Life at Lake Braddock.
